Forêts en scène avec l'ONF : balade guidée en forêt domaniale des Andaines

Initiated by the United Nations, International Forest Day is an annual holiday celebrated on March 21. The aim of the day is to promote the value of forests, trees and wood, and to raise public awareness of the sustainable management of forests and their role in the ecological and energy transition.

International Forest Day in Normandy
In Normandy, 15 free operations on 5 dates are scheduled in state-owned forests from March 16 to 24.

Romuald Heslot, a forest ranger with the Office National des Forêts, offers a guided walk in the Andaines forest. It's an opportunity to reconnect with the forest close to home, and to raise awareness among young and old alike of the immense services provided by forests and the need to preserve them.
