Stroll around our markets

For times a week, Bagnoles de l’Orne bustles with shoppers at the markets in the Bagnoles Château Quarter and the covered market. A place for inhabitants and holidaymakers to meet, the market is the place to discover the best produce from the Normandy countryside. Fill your basket with treats from the colourful stalls of local small-scale producers.

TUESDAY AND SATURDAY MORNING

Located on the marketplace behind the tourist office, the covered market is a picturesque setting where seasonal fruit and vegetables are found alongside cheese, meat and fish. Take time to meet local producers and taste the flavours of the region including honey, cider, perry and Normandy’s AOP cheeses.
