Take the controls of a glider and take off for an introductory flight at the École de Loisirs Aéronautique de Normandie Planeur. You will be taken high above Bagnoles and the Forêt des Andaines. Learn the rudiments and techniques of flying and you could even, after several hours practice, become an instructor.
If you’d rather enjoy the landscape, you can let go of the controls and enjoy the most beautiful view of the region.

The natural cliff opposite the Roc au Chien as been equipped as a safe outdoor climbing school. The Armorican sandstone cliff face has around ten routes up it that vary from easy to difficult. There is an anchor point with pulley system at the top of the cliff for top rope climbing. The climber is securely attached at the top while the rope is held from the bottom. This technique is ideal for beginners. This sport develops muscle strength, flexibility, stamina and balance.
