Classification « Catégorie I »

The Tourist Office belonged to the « Offices de Tourisme de France » network. The Tourist Office’s classification in relation to the « catégorie I » classification and promises to:
• Provide an area to welcome you and give you information.
• Make easier the organization of your stay.
• Provide furniture to sit down.
• Inform you without paying on the local tourist sites.
• Put up and broadcast the opening periods written in at least two foreign languages (English and German).
• Provide you a free internet access thanks to the WiFi.
• Be opened at least 305 days a year and on saturday and sunday during the touristic period and special events.
• Answer to your mail all year round.
• Take care of welcoming you by a trilingual staff.
• Provide tourist maps and guides.
• Provide an Internet access thanks to new technologies.
• Give tourist information thanks to documents in English and German in relation to :
• Classified accommodation: at least a list with the name, the address, the web site, the telephone number and the classification.
• Monuments and tourist sites, leisure activities: at least a list with the prices, the opening times, the web site and the address and telephone number.
• Events and activities.
• Emergency telephone numbers.
• Provide an up to date information
• Make the emergency telephone numbers public
• Give information about all the tourist offer.
• Give you the vacancies for classified accommodation
• Deal with you claims and estimate your satisfaction
• Provide you information thanks to new technologies and social networks
• Respect the standards and demands of the brands « Qualité Tourisme » and « Station Verte ».
• Provide you a receptionnist team
• Give you true and up to date information
