Every year, thousands of visitors flock to the Paris Parc des Expositions to meet the 280 exhibitors. Pastry chefs, confectioners, cocoa-producing countries and, of course, chocolatiers from all over the world (France, Belgium, Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Portugal, etc.) are on hand for the public.
Come and discover the very best in chocolate, cocoa and patisserie During this 5-day event, you'll find a wide range of activities. You can attend the Pastry Show (recipe demonstrations by top chefs), the Cacao Show (shows from cocoa-producing countries), the Chocosphère (conferences and tastings), workshops for adults and children, and of course the famous chocolate dress parade.
