For half-day outings, meet at the Bagnoles medical center parking lot (chemin de la montjoie) 30 minutes before the start of the hike.

Wednesday hikes program :

- Wednesday March 4: Montgaroult - 14h 11.5km
- Wednesday April 1: Berjou - 9h15 - 17 km (all day)
- Wednesday, May 6: La Roche d'Oëtre - 9:30 am - 8.5 + 7.5 km
- Wednesday, July 1: Auberville - 9h45 - 18km (all day)
- Wednesday, September 2: Lonlay l'Abbaye - 2pm - 11km
- Wednesday, October 7: la Carneille - 2pm - 10.5 km
- Wednesday, November 4: Cerisy Belle Etoile - 2pm - 8.2 km

The Association Sportive d'Andaine is based in La Chapelle d'Andaine. Weekend hikes are organized on Saturdays and Sundays. There are 9 gentle hikes a year and 7 half-day hikes on Wednesdays.

Outsiders are entitled to 3 free outings a year, after which membership is required.
